• Battery-Only Orders: Shipped via ground transportation under UN3480 hazardous materials regulations; may add up to five business days.
• Bulk Orders: Shipments exceeding 3-Day size limits will be sent via FedEx Express Saver (3–4 business days).

EUROPEAN UNION

Orders shipping to the European Union ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands, with typical delivery in 1–4 business days. That means faster delivery, prices that already include VAT, and no customs or import fees when your package arrives.

Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays) usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 CET, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day. Once your order is handed to the carrier, you’ll receive an automated confirmation with tracking details.

• Free Shipping: On orders over €90.
• Orders Under €90: Shipping fee calculated at checkout.
• Carrier: Orders ship by road with DPD.
• VAT: Prices shown at checkout include VAT for your country.
• Duties & Import Fees: None. Your order ships from inside the EU, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
• Signature Requirement: Orders over €685 require a signature upon delivery.

UNITED KINGDOM, NORWAY & SWITZERLAND

Orders to the UK, Norway and Switzerland also ship from our Netherlands warehouse, with the same order cutoff as EU orders. They ship with FedEx Regional Economy, with typical delivery in 2–3 business days.
