The Acoustic Headset for Expedition Radio is a surveillance-style, low-profile wired headset designed for discreet communication while hunting, working events, or on a production set.
The upgraded in-line driver and braided nylon acoustic tube with abrasion-resistant cable provide clear audio in a durable, comfortable package with a convenient mounting clip to keep your push-to-talk (PTT) button and mic within reach. The Expedition Radio’s M3 connection port ensures a fully waterproof seal at the radio.
The included Fit Kit provides four interchangeable eartip options to dial in ambient noise levels and comfort, all of which stow easily in the travel case.

We had the pleasure of testing the headsets both with our work team (mountain radios) and in the field with (expedition radios)both were fantastic! The ear piece is very comfortable, form fitting and clear, sturdy enough to stay in place. Great addition.

I’ve been really impressed with these headsets so far! I can see them being especially useful for hunting when you want to stay in communication without having radio chatter out loud and potentially giving away your location. The low-profile design is comfortable, the audio comes through really clear, and I love that you can keep the push-to-talk button clipped somewhere easy to reach.
I also think these will be super handy for fishing trips—especially when you’re spread out along a river, floating with a group, or trying to communicate without yelling back and forth. They feel durable enough to actually use outside, and the splash/snow resistance is a huge plus for the kind of places I’m usually taking my gear.
Definitely a really practical addition to my Expedition Radios and something I’m excited to use more this hunting and fishing season!!!
