30 Day Return Policy – If you are not 100% satisfied with your Rocky Talkie purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We offer free returns and will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Returns are subject to review and must meet our return criteria. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspicious activity or abuse. We do not offer exchanges.

US Orders – Items must be in new, sellable condition and in the original packaging. To submit a return request, please visit our returns portal. Once a return is initiated, items must be shipped back within 90 days. Returns not shipped within 90 days will be closed and will no longer be eligible for a refund. Upon receipt of the return, if the items meet the conditions stated above, we will issue your refund via the original method of payment.

Orders Shipped to the EU, UK, Norway or Switzerland – To submit a return request, please visit our returns portal or email support@rockytalkie.com with your order number. For orders shipped to the EU, UK or Norway, this 30-day window includes your legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Once a return is initiated, items must be shipped back within 30 days. Returns not shipped within 30 days will be closed and will no longer be eligible for a refund. We will issue your refund via the original method of payment, including standard shipping, within 14 days of your return request. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the items or proof that they were shipped. You may unbox and test your radios. Items returned with signs of use, damage or missing accessories may receive a partial refund.  

Canada orders – For orders shipped to Canada, please contact our support team at support@rockytalkie.com. 

3 Year Warranty – We want to ensure the best possible experience for our customers and do everything we can to remove any risk of shopping online. If you have used your product and it is faulty, it is likely still eligible for a free exchange under the product 3 year warranty (1 year for commercial use). For customers in the EU, UK and Norway, this warranty runs alongside your legal guarantee and does not affect your statutory rights. Please see the product warranty page for more details.
