Warranty
Rocky Talkie warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the applicable warranty period from the date of purchase: 3 years for personal use, and 1 year for commercial use.
Should a defect occur during the applicable warranty period, Rocky Talkie will repair or replace the defective product or component part at its option, free of charge. Any replacement products provided are under warranty only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. If the original proof of purchase cannot be provided, Rocky Talkie will use the product’s manufacture date as the start of the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as wear, tear, scuffs, scratches, or scrapes. It also excludes damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or shock, as well as lost or stolen items, improper use or storage of the product, and unauthorized modifications or repairs. In addition, water damage is not covered for the Mountain Radio.
Consumer Use
Use of the product primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.
Commercial Use
Use of the product in connection with business, profession, commercial operation, trade, or other revenue-generating activity. Commercial also includes use in facilities operated by businesses or institutions.
Warranty eligibility and duration are determined by the customer's intended application and actual use, subject to applicable law and the specific terms of this warranty.
