Pro Program Rules

  1. The Pro Program is for personal use only and may not be used for purchases outside of your immediate household. 
  2. Wholesale or commercial purchasing for a company or organization with the Pro Program discount is prohibited; please,  submit an inquiry form for wholesale or commercial pricing. 
  3. There is a $1,000 annual purchase limit under the Pro Program.
  4. Program renewal is required annually by submitting updated eligibility documents.
  5. The discount is only valid online and will not be accepted at retail partner locations.
  6. Opting in to Rocky Talkie email and SMS communications is a requirement for program participation.
  7. Unauthorized transfer or resale of products will result in termination of program benefits.
  8. All orders must ship to an address in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, or Switzerland.
  9. Pro Program rules are subject to change at any time.
  10. Your Pro Program discount will be applied in the shopping cart and at checkout. It cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or promotional discounts. Additional exclusions may apply.
  11. You must be logged in to receive your discount.
  12. Discounts will not be applied or refunded retroactively.
