Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our Denver, Colorado fulfillment center within 1 business day, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Fridays may ship the following Monday. Once transferred to the carrier, you’ll receive an automated confirmation with tracking details.

Carrier delays or other exceptional circumstances may occasionally affect delivery timelines.

United States

  • Free Shipping: FedEx 2-Day on orders over $100 USD.
  • Orders Under $100 USD: Standard FedEx 2-Day rates apply, calculated at checkout.
  • P.O. Boxes: FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders addressed to a P.O. box ship via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Battery-Only Orders: Shipped via ground transportation under UN3480 hazardous materials regulations; may add up to five business days.
  • Bulk Orders: Shipments exceeding FedEx 2-Day size limits will be sent via FedEx Express Saver (3–4 business days).
  • Signature Requirement: Orders over $800 USD require a signature upon delivery.

Canada

International shipments are fulfilled through Passport in partnership with FedEx International Connect Plus (FICP), with typical delivery in 3 business days.

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $100 CAD.
  • Orders Under $100 CAD: Shipping fee calculated at checkout.
  • Battery-Only Orders: Shipped via ground transportation under UN3480 hazardous materials regulations; may add up to five business days.
  • Duties & Taxes: Not covered by Rocky Talkie but displayed at checkout. Customers using Shop Pay can view a breakdown by selecting the dropdown under “Shipping Method.”
  • Signature Requirement: Orders over $800 CAD require a signature upon delivery.
  • Final Charges: The total displayed at checkout is the full cost of your order; no additional fees are collected on delivery.
