30 Day Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Rocky Talkie purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The items must be in new, sellable condition and in the original packaging. We offer free returns and will provide you with a prepaid USPS label.
To submit a request for US orders, please visit our returns portal.
For international returns, please contact us. Return shipping labels can only be issued for returns shipped from the same country the order was originally sent to. If a return is requested from a different country, we may not be able to provide a return label, but we’ll work with you to find the best available solution.
Upon receipt of the return, if the items meet the conditions stated above, we will issue your refund via the original method of payment. For additional information, please contact us.
2 Year Warranty
We want to ensure the best possible experience for our customers and do everything we can to minimize any risk associated with shopping online. If you have used your product and it is faulty, it is likely still eligible for a free exchange under the 2-year product warranty. Please see the product warranty page for more details.
