This flexible long antenna can be swapped onto the 5 Watt Radio. It can extend your range (by roughly 10-20% depending on the environment) and also boost your reception of NOAA weather channels. The 5 Watt Radio maintains the full IP67 waterproof rating with the 17cm Antenna attached.

I ordered my 5 watt radios before they offered the 17cm antenna included with them. I emailed them about purchasing the antennas because I couldn’t find them on the website. Before I went to check for a response they already be shipped to my house free of charge. Rocky talkie is the best!
